SALES ADVISOR (BILINGUAL)

Duties:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide information about available car models, features, and pricing
  • Conduct test drives with potential buyers
  • Provide prices and financing options
  • Complete sales paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and complete
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new car models, and competitor offerings

Experience:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a required
  • Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic math skills
  • Organizational skills to manage paperwork and customer information
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Cold calling experience is a plus
